| Pick-Up and Delivery | ||

Pick-up and Delivery of the vehicle to be serviced can be arranged where the vehicle is within 5 kilometres of our premises. Transport to and from Mt. Waverley Railway Station can be provided. Hire Cars are available at a reasonable cost with prior arrangement. |

| Workshop | ||
|
Our Workshop is equipped to handle all mechanical services required to maintain the latest BMW vehicles. A feature of our servicing is a Computerised Diagnostic system, enabling our technicians to accurately pin-point any mechanical defect in a vehicle or its on-board computers. This high-tech approach to servicing and maintenance of BMW vehicles avoids lengthy diagnostic time or misinterpretation of vehicle problems. Our recently installed Diagnostic Interface is new to Australia and leads the field in BMW Automotive diagnosis. Our fully computerized Customer Program keeps individual records of all work carried out on every vehicle. Customers are advised at each service what work is necessary in the near future to ensure their safety and pleasant driving. Details of Customer history can be requested at any time -by arrangement and within the confines of the Privacy Act – from our Customer/Vehicle programs. Our comprehensive Vehicle Histories record correct intervals for such things as Cam Belt replacements and tyre changes etc., together with Oil/Inspection Services – simplifying the responsibilities of maintaining your BMW. |

It provides real-time data including graphing, component activation and read and clear fault codes. The system offers total diagnostic coverage of all engines, chassis and body systems on E36/Z3, E38, E39 & E46 models. |

| Standard Maintenance Schedule Enhancements | ||

Further to Standard Service Schedules which can be found in your BMW Handbook, our experience has shown some additional servicing can be beneficial to the longevity of the vehicle and in alleviating problems likely to occur, during and as a result of the trend in extending normal service intervals. Where a Vehicle is operated over frequent short trips or in stop/start traffic – during hot summers it could be worth considering – • Halving the oil change interval • Fuel Filter change each Inspection II • Automatic transmission filter/oil change each Inspection II • Ventilation Microfilter Inspect/Replace each Annual Check and Inspection Service. • There are other service procedures such as Fuel Injection cleaning, Wheel alignment and Wheel Balance that are best discussed on an individual basis.
